At Greenhawk, we are committed to providing high-quality sporting gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Greenhawk account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
